THE STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION
Governance structure: The Executive body of SHWO contains 15 members which are elected after every two years according to the by- laws of the organization. The Sindh Human Welfare Organization Sanghar consists of General Body and Executive Committee
The head of the organization is elected by the general body after every two years according to the bylaws of the organization. The Coordinator of each project is appointed by executive body that is responsible for his obligations and terms and conditions related to that specific project. SHWO has vast experience of interaction with rural people especially women. It has registered more than 92 members that comprise (15) male and (77) female representation. It is mentioned that good ratio of female members of total registered members who make SHWO as the leading organization in the area in terms of comparisons and representation by the female counterparts. These female counterparts are considered as key element that render their expertise and services for the causes of awareness among rural communities, understanding and resolving problems of both social and economic nature. SHWO has full fledged team of 12 members, who work along with volunteers, its central office is at Sectorial Position Every non-governmental organization with the aim to serve the common masses and bringing them out from the condition in which they are besieged focuses on all social, political and economic aspects but SHWO has adopted a different vision. It has cemented itself for human and their social cause. Therefore the Sectorial position of organization is self explanatory of its every aspect as defined in, pre pages. Following are the sectors in which SHWO is struggling.

Human and Institutional Development Sector Though SHWO is not an old organization but the way it developed and patterned itself reflect the fact that the group of young people involved in it wanted to make it a modern organization fulfilling all the modern norms and the way of working. The scientific idea of framing the organization has indeed given birth to a professional organization having an organo gram fully accomplishing all the pre-requisite of a modern organization. This all happened due to the accessibility of the functionaries of organization with communication, Internet and latest media versions. Health Sector (HS) Education Development Sector (EDU) The above given organo gram vindicate the fact that the basis of organization of have been developed on modern norms and its functional approach is with multi aspects and visions. The involved sectors fully addressed the needs of common man to justify the very objective settled during the foundation of Sindh Human Welfare Organization. Before going to describe the status of organization's sectors it will be better to peep into the Sectorial structure and it's working. Like all organization SHWO is also governed by a team of highly talented young peoples from all walks of life and having august academic background. As discussed above all the governing members and organizational functionaries have vast experience NGO/development sector and most of them have their services in very reputable organizations. The Sectorial structure as well as the organizational structure defining the particular role of every functionary infect defines the management hierarchy of the organization setup. According to flumer the father of modern management science “the management hierarchy of any organization is the self explanatory of its standard and quality of work”. Therefore the management of hierarchy of Sindh Human Welfare Organization has been setup while keeping the modern norms management in mind.
